Exploring the Enchantment of Venice, Italy
One of my favorite travel destinations is Venice, Italy. My first exploration of this hidden gem was when I was a child. I remember walking through the maze of streets on the wet textured stones and feeling transported back to ancient times. Most notably, even though I was a child, I could appreciate the wood benches, pigeons flying around so reminiscent of my home in New York City, and the gondoliers serenading crowds of tourists to ride with them.
Visit Central America’s Largest Markets and See the Cutest Creature You Didn’t Know Existed from This Lakeside Town
We had a pretty rocky start to our stay in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. First, we felt a little stranded by our Spanish lessons in our least favourite town on the lake San Pedro, and then in the lovely San Marcos we got struck down with Covid-19 and had to spend our time there isolating.

I've only been to a proper circus once, a long time ago when I was a kid. It just so happened that on Saturday my hetero-lifemate wifey Jess found a paranormal circus near her work and Mom asked to take the kids for a day for the weekend. We jumped on the chance. None of us had been to a circus since childhood, and what the HELL was a paranormal circus? It was right up our weird alley.

When one walks into a garden, admiring the blissful beauty of nature, lush green leaves and the plethora of colorful petals, one does not bother about fatal accidents or poisonous poppies. However, there exists one such garden which has made these poisonous plants its center of attraction.
Faizan GulPublished 2 months ago in WanderWould You Consider a Staycation in Maidstone?
In this economy, many of us are probably now considering holidays a bit closer to home. Covid definitely also had a hand in making the idea of a “staycation” more normalised. If you’re in the UK and considering where to go this Summer, feel free to join me in this review of our stay at 13 The Mallows in Maidstone. Amongst my friends, the staycation has actually been somewhat of an annual tradition. Every Summer, one of my closest friends hosts a weekend away for her birthday somewhere in the UK.
Nessy WriterPublished 2 months ago in Wander5 Reasons Why You Should Go On A Cruise
Here I am, thinking about booking another cruise, again. I’ve only been on two cruises so far, but I absolutely loved them! The first was with Royal Caribbean in 2022, where I saw seven different southern Caribbean islands in seven days. It was pure magic and I didn’t want to leave. I remember wanting to pretend I had covid just so I could stay on the ship for an extra week! The second cruise was with Celebrity Cruises where I went to four more Caribbean islands in seven days. I experienced sea days with this cruise, which is where you spend the whole day on the cruise whilst it sails to the next country. That was a nice chance to reset and just laze around in luxury.
