Accessing Students in a Classroom
Classroom assessment plays an important role in getting information about students learning. Students' assessment is mainly influenced by two factors firstly teacher beliefs and values and secondly by some external factors. Teacher beliefs and values include; the philosophy of teaching and learning, pulling for students’ success, accommodating individual differences, enhancing student engagement and motivation and promoting student understanding.
