The simplest of things can bring joy and help us heal

The simplest of things can bring joy and help us heal. We often overlook the beauty and goodness around us when we seek fullness in our lives. Nature is the vast outdoors, the unique, biodiverse world in which all of us exist. The idea of nature as a woman is something I love. It gives and grows the universe. Nature reminds me about my femininity and power. If you have spent a lot time indoors, I would like to remind you about the wonder that surrounds us. Our bodies and minds have suffered tremendously from being trapped for so many years. It's safer now, so I will share the benefits of going outside. We'll discuss the beauty of nature and how it can heal us, including Pretty Birds.

Nature's Healing Benefits

Many of life's difficulties and traumas can cause energy to be rooted in confinement. We feel trapped by the details of life and are often overwhelmed with the emotions that accompany it. We might hide from ourselves or isolate ourselves until things are sorted out. We may feel that we don't deserve love, attention, and rest. Nature can help us remember the many stages of our lives. There are ups and downs as well as sunshine and rain. Nature restores balance and allows us the ability to experience a range of seasons and fluctuations. One of my favourite quotes, "No Rain, No Flowers", is that without sadness, dark or any negative, there won't be beauty, love, or joy. This quote reminds us to accept all parts of life in order to reap the benefits. It's not always easy, but it is possible to persevere through the hardships.

Everyday Nature As Medicine

Nature medicine is what I consider to be the best medicine. It allows you use all your senses. The sun can be felt on your skin. You can feel the breeze against your skin and in your hair. Every direction you turn, there are colors. It is possible to see people and their pets together, which can provide inspiration or stimulate thoughts. Rain can be smelled just before it arrives or departs. You can muffle the noises of the traffic and children's laughter, as well as the chirping of the birds. Even when you feel the most stale, being outside can increase your sense of aliveness. Nature can instantly revive you. Grounding pleasure can be found in the midst of trees and sunshine.

It is obvious that taking the time to go outside and being in nature will help you meditate and visualise your dreams. You will find a fresh perspective when you are away from the television and home maintenance. Nature gives you the ability to think outside of your daily routine. Creativity with your spirit can be healing and nurturing. Nature is the best distraction. Get outside and walk, run or swim. You are an essential part of the current existence. Every thing you do and everything that you do makes a contribution to the universe.

Reflecting Nature and Togetherness

My son and I went to the park last year with a little girl who was there with her mother. The mother appeared disengaged and preoccupied. The little girl, who was sat on the tiny swing set and watched me push my son, gazed at us as I drove him. I asked her if it was okay for me to push her. She nodded her head. I pushed them both for an hour, going from one swing after another. My son and her laughed in the sun and shared pure joy.

It was a joy to share this experience and the happiness it brought me with my new friend. I understood that she didn't have the energy and that the girl needed attention. My son Phoenix was about the same age. They had a great time chasing each other and having the most amazing time after the swings. As I drove home, my thoughts turned to "Would she have been pushed if we hadn't come out today?"

Don't overlook the health benefits of fresh air and movement. Nature is full love and healing. Sometimes all it takes to bring healing and love into the world is to simply go outside.
