Holiday Struggles
In another part of "High Psychic" I embrace mental health once, again. This time I am taking on the holidays in all holiday spirit. The prices, the happiness and the stress in it all. We can not turn our backs on those who can't survive it. The mental strain turns to much on the day to day basis and with the holidays approaching we get put back into the hole. I know I have my fair share of family with mental health .One of those that has to be careful with their loved ones. How many of us has the same situation in this? We all can laugh over the strain and stress it is, but must take this seriously enough to not push over the edge. Christmas and other holidays that lay in tradition beat us every year that grows heavier and heavier. Looking on some dot orgs here is some facts we have. With what we all know as unrealistic expectation, financial pressures we all face it lays, too heavily upon us. While we pray for to God and celebrate his birth or in the religion we follow. We don't know how much we can make it through, but we always have that feeling as our loved ones go into it that we will survive it.
