What I Have Learned Since I Got More Of My Independence Back.
If you had met me in the very early 1990s, you wouldn't have recognised me today. Those were chaotic times when trauma took a huge toll on me, and I did not know what the freedom of independence felt like.

From Chaos to Clarity: Understanding Life With ADHD From the Inside.
Growing Up With ADHD: My Unfiltered Experience Growing up, I always felt like I was living life at a different speed than everyone else. Not faster in a productive way—but faster in a chaotic, overwhelming, and often confusing way. My thoughts didn’t come one at a time; they came all at once, overlapping, competing, and pulling my attention in every direction. I didn’t have the words for it back then, but later I would come to understand it as ADHD.

The Witness Staff
The Witness Staff A real soul passed through this The Fantasy That Protects Your Back “If I had the strength today, I’d be rummaging through my closet and drawers, hunting for scraps of ribbon, old beads, forgotten feathers anything to dress my walking stick the way the old stories describe. But my back has already carried too much, and the film still waits unprocessed. So instead, I imagine the decorated staffs of the ancestors: ember wood, wind caller, moon thread sticks glowing in the dark. Mine will come later. For now, the fantasy is enough.” I will decorate my regular walking sticks soon.

The House of Two Worlds
The Cinematic Doorway Intro I finished shaping this piece in a quiet room today, letting the story settle into its own rhythm. This is the next chapter in the House of Two Worlds a moment caught between shadow and clarity, where the rooms speak in their own language. I included the long story and the summary of the words placed with music and spoken word. This is a debut to houses divided. There are many different lifestyles. An artist needs a creative environment. However, with rents so damn high everyone cannot live alone to create. Living in a paint bucket of music, art, and film is a struggle with a more conformist individual. Life is short. Life can be real.

Before I Learned to Let Go: The Weight I Didn’t Know I Was Carrying
There was a time in my life when I believed holding on was a sign of strength. I thought endurance meant never loosening my grip—on people, on memories, on expectations that had long expired. I wore my emotional weight like armor, convincing myself it made me resilient. But the truth is, before I learned to let go, I was slowly sinking under the very things I refused to release.

I’m a Neuroscientist & These Are 10 Things I Do to Protect My Focus
We like to believe focus is something we either have… or don’t. But after years of studying the brain, I can tell you something surprising: focus is not a personality trait. It’s a biological process—one that can be trained, protected, and easily destroyed. Every notification, every distraction, every “quick scroll” chips away at your brain’s ability to concentrate. And in today’s world, your attention is constantly under attack. So instead of relying on motivation, I follow a set of rules—simple habits rooted in how the brain actually works. Here are 10 things I do to protect my focus every single day.

The Legal Framework Governing Tarot Services in Spain: Consumer Rights, Data Protection, and Regulatory Accountability
The commercial provision of tarot services in Spain exists within a fully articulated legal framework that most consumers — and indeed many service providers — either misunderstand or disregard entirely. Contrary to widespread assumption, there is no regulatory vacuum surrounding esoteric or divinatory services. Spanish consumer protection law, anchored in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), applies to tarot consultations with the same force and specificity as it does to any other distance service contract.
