It took me 3 days to write this , it’s full of my real life experience , you will just love reading it , I promise 💕.

Life is beautiful and easy for some people , hard and miserable for others or just a body without a soul for many .

Here I would highlight 3 causes of sadness for majority of people . Some of you might disagree with me and I am open to your opinions in comments .

From my observation , these are the top reasons that cause sadness in the following order

1- Losing Health or having illness.

I would like to share a personal story.

I met one of my friends yesterday. He is only 25 years old. He was going on a bike and suddenly a branch of a tree fell upon him. Owing to this his arm was hurt. The doctors mistreated him and the nerve that was carrying the signals from the brain was blocked due to blood. Consequently, he is unable to move his left hand. His treatment is going on and hopefully, his hand start moving again.

This incident caused sadness in his family and friends. I felt so sad after listening to this story.

Multifarious examples can emphasize the fact that HEALTH IS THE GREATEST WEALTH. Losing your health causes sadness.

2- Financial Issues ( Lack of sufficient money for livelihood )

The second thing that I have keenly observed which leads to sadness is FINANCIAL DEPENDENCE and FINANCIAL PROBLEMS. Money is inevitable for survival. I see my young friends who are not employed and are dependent on their parents for money are very concerned, sad, and disappointed . Money ensures that once you go out with friends you can pay for your meals. You can buy your clothes. You can fuel your vehicle and you can travel freely.

A person in SUDAN , killed his four children and himself owing to unavailability of food to feed them

Once someone doesn’t have enough money, he/she is bereft and deprived of these all above-mentioned pleasures of life. ‘Resultantly, It leads to sadness.

3- Relationship issues which eventually are related to mental peace.

Some readers among you must have studied Anthropology. It studies the structure of the family in details . It emphasizes the significance of immediate family and the importance of bonding with siblings.

Having poor relations with parents and siblings leads to sadness

Let me share a story.

In my UNCLE’s family, my UNCLE (my father’s brother ) is ignored. His son rules over the family and doesn’t give any authority to his father. Consequently, the environment in the family isn’t friendly. Whenever I visit their home on any event, I just find sadness prevailing around . There is no feeling of joy anywhere in that home.

There is not a problem of health nor a problem of money, but of relationships.

Now, let me write about something you all have been waiting for

Relationships with GIRL/BOY

I will share a couple of stories of my friends.

First, of My cousin .

He loved a girl from his school time, I made them connect on Facebook back in 2014. they talked for almost 4 years and In 2018 they broke up. The girl cheated on him and she married someone else. My cousin remained in comma-like state for almost 3 months. He never met anyone, didn’t talk to anyone, he just locked himself in a room with her memories.

One of my friends in Lahore told me about his relationship, he had a 10-year-long relationship with the girl , at the end she left her. Consequently, my friend lost his happiness.

These 3 brief stories elucidate the fact that relationships cause sadness when they are toxic.

Now, that we have talked enough about the causes .

The most awaited part of solutions is on its way.

TIP NO -1- Healthy sole ensures happiness

I would outline some of the great tips for staying healthy.

A) Maintain a balanced diet:

Have you ever noticed that after eating junk food you feel sleepy and your energy is extinguished , however healthy meals boost mood and provide instant energy .

Eating a balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains is key to maintaining good health.

A) Exercise regularly:

Regular exercise is important for maintaining good health, building strength and endurance, and reducing your risk of chronic diseases. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week, such as brisk walking, cycling, or swimming.

3. Get enough sleep( most important ) :

Getting enough sleep is essential for maintaining good health, mental clarity, and overall well-being. Aim for at least 7–8 hours of sleep per night. Practice good sleep hygiene by establishing a regular sleep schedule, avoiding caffeine and alcohol before bed, and creating a comfortable sleep environment.

4. Manage stress:

Chronic stress can hurt your health, leading to a range of physical and mental health problems. Practice stress management techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises to help you stay calm and centered. Take time to relax, engage in activities you enjoy, and spend time with loved ones.

5. Avoid unhealthy habits:

Avoiding unhealthy habits such as smoking, excessive drinking, and drug use is essential for maintaining good health and reducing your risk of chronic diseases.

TIP NO 2- Financial boost ensures happiness

A) Start learning one skill and continue to educate yourself with changes

B) Invest wisely and timely .

C) Spend money on valuable things.

TIP NO 3- Managing relationships to drive happiness from them .

here are three points on how to bring positivity, understanding, and love to relationships:

1. Communication: Open and honest communication is essential for building positive and healthy relationships.

2. Gratitude and appreciation: Expressing gratitude and appreciation towards your partner can help build positivity and love in your relationship.

3. Empathy and compassion: Practicing empathy and compassion towards your partner can help build understanding and love in your relationship.

TIP no 4-KEEP YOURSELF BUSY.

This is the personal experience of my life

Being busy is the best thing one could do

But there are few pre requisites of being busy

A) One must get busy doing a thing that he loves to do

Like I love to teach students, write, travel, study and do public speaking. All these things keep me happy and busy as well.

smiles while travelling

TIP no 5- Enjoy your life

Life is a very short journey from birth to death. The Only thing that matters at the end of the day is how well you spent your life. Accumulating wealth for people who remember after your death is a futile activity. Hence all the wealth and earnings should be spent and life should be lived to the fullest .

Money should be spent on loved ones.

I have seen people spending hefty amounts of money on medicines but not on friends and those who keep their tables full of meals for friends are often happy and prosperous

Similarly, traveling is the best therapy for the soul. It enhances your DOPAMINE ( happy hormone) .

Spend money on helping others. try to bring joy in others’ life . Where ever you think you can influence someone’s life , you must not think for a second and help them.

Life is so beautiful when you think about others, next time when you help someone and see the joy on their face, you would just feel that you have lived your life like it was meant to be lived.

In my humble capacity, I have tried to underline the causes of sadness and gave the best solutions and suggestions from my ideas and life experiences.
