Responsible Marijuana Use: A Primer
Marijuana is legal in many areas. It's a normal and enjoyable part of life for millions of people—more than 55 million, in fact. It's also very safe. But, as safe as it is, marijuana still demands a certain amount of responsibility and caution on the part of its users. Here are a few ways to stay responsible as you enjoy your drug of choice.

Amy WilsonPublished 5 years ago in PotentWhat Is CBD and How Can It Improve Our Health?
In 2018, interest in cannabidoil (CBD) soared to new heights, especially in the United Kingdom. Like many, I was a skeptic, worried about the effects of CBD oil if I were to try it out. But also like many, I was (am) tired of the pain, constantly living everyday in a blur of tiredness and aches.
Crystal McGrawPublished 5 years ago in Potent10 Side Effects of Being High
There is no more popular drug in this country than weed. According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, more than 11 million Americans from the ages of 18 to 25 used cannabis in 2014. The institute also noted that use among youth has declined, though fewer young people consider weed a danger. While the side effects of being high become familiar with time, they may take a while to recognize or get used to at first. If you are not well versed and unsure if you are actually high, there are a number of symptoms to look for to confirm your suspicions. Most importantly, realize that being high is rarely dangerous to the body and will always wear off, so don't let any of these realizations alarm you. Once you have some experience under your belt, you will recognize that you are gonna be fine, and it's all in your mind. For the "professionals" out there, while the short term effects are minimal, there are a number of potential long term side effects to consider.
Fred Eugene ParkPublished 5 years ago in PotentAre You a Cannabis Addict?
According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, over 11 million people between the ages of 18 and 25 got high smoking weed in 2015. During the years since then, not only has marijuana become legal in more areas, but the usage of the herb is also more widely accepted. Of all the “illegal” drugs—because it is still illegal in many states, even medicinally—it is used the most often. This is a no judgment zone on that account, as there are both pros and cons of marijuana legalization. However, the mistake is in believing that because it's a recreational drug and addiction rates are incredibly low, it cannot be addictive at all. While addiction to marijuana is rare, the truth is simple: If you've ever stopped to ask yourself, “Self, are you a cannabis addict?” The chances that you have a problem (and you, yourself, probably) are high.
Cannabis and Creativity
As an aspiring writer at the age of 18, I made it my duty to thoroughly test the hypothesis that pot can enhance or improve our creative abilities. I want to explore this topic in some depth; many of my clients lately have been interested in looking more deeply at their cannabis use.

Despite those who oppose the legalization of recreational cannabis use, and in some cases even its medicinal applications, scientific evidence revealing its numerous health benefits have finally trumped the naysayers.
