The science and art behind growing marijuana and the industry around it.
Halide Light Grow Bulbs
The main secret for growing outstanding marijuana indoors is a lot of light. With the 1,000 watt metal halide lamp and halide light grow bulb, it is hard to fail. Even average seeds, average soil, and a minimum amount of water and nutrients will give excellent results.
How to Harvest a Marijuana Field
A group of enterprising young Americans packed up their belongings and moved to a secluded spot along a coast, where they spent the summer alternately lounging in the warm sun and learning how to harvest a marijuana field. They grew 1,000 plants, harvested the crop, and packed it into neat little tins. Everybody who bought it agreed it was good shit.

Most articles and books about growing marijuana discuss methods of cultivating the plant indoors under artificial lights or planting outdoors. But there is another alternative growing marijuana indoors with natural light. If Pot is one of mother nature’s favorite natural healing plant that surely natural light has sustained its existence long before the commercialization of the indoor grow bulb industry.
Marijuana Soil Guide
Marijuana is a high-energy plant which grows quickly in fertile soil or a medium that is rich in available nutrients. Nutrients are found in the soil's parent materials: sand, clay, humus, minerals, rocks, and water are added to hydroponic solutions or soils using fertilizer. Nutrients dissolve in soil water (soil solution), which is then absorbed by the plant. In complex chemical processes, roots release ions in exchange for nutrients that are dissolved in the soil solution.
How to Sprout Weed Seeds
Weed seeds and babies are more similar than you may think. In order to grow into productive, functioning, strong adult forms, they both need care, attention, water, food, and shelter. They must both be protected from the hardships of life that can inhibit their growth. See, I told you they weren't that different! The new weed sprout (we're talking about marijuana now) has few defenses against shocks to its system caused by imbalances in its environment.
Growing Sweet Sensimilla Bud
Up in the misty canyons of the Sierra Nevada, the word is sinsemilla. The pot that’s hand-tended and carefully watched through the growing season is the finest domestic smoke you can find, if you can find it. Strewn all over California are small homesteads growing this weed without seeds, stems or smuggling problems. The quality of this pot is unmistakably due to the careful tending of the grower. During the growing season the farmers are prepared for the worst, especially rip-offs, and many weeks are spent sleeping in the field of highs with a weapon and a paranoid outlook.

In most, if not all, parts of the country, that is. If you followed proper advice, which is based upon many years of experience and experimentation in both city roof and country farm gardening, you should have a couple dozen very healthy 6-8" seedlings within a three to six month period. Depending on your gardening skills and degree of marijuana usage, growing your own private garden can save between $150-600 a month. As always, the best yield comes from the caring and informed grower.
How to Grow Potent Marijuana
There are two ways to grow cannabis sativa indoors. You guessed it—a right way and a wrong way. The wrong way is to throw a handful of seeds into a garbage can full of local dirt in a foil-lined closet with a desk lamp over it for twenty-four hours a day. The probable result will be plants that look like mutant bean sprouts, taste like the stuff between your toes, and give you a head like the morning after the night before. At least they're already in the garbage can.
