How To Make Cann-a-Noodle Soup

There is nothing more comforting than a hot bowl of soup. Whether you are sick or just looking for a lighter meal, soup can be the ideal choice for any time of year. With hundreds of options contributed by hundreds of different cultures, you will find that there is a soup for whatever mood you’re in! However, there is one kind of soup that will certainly put you in a good mood no matter what. That soup is Cann-a-noodle.

Cann-a-noodle Soup not only incorporates some of your favorite ingredients, but it also incorporates cannabis. If you are feeling ill, this extra ingredient can help you feel fighting fit in no time! Even if you are healthy, there is no reason you cannot enjoy this tasty and fun entrée. A little cannabis never hurt anyone!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons canna-olive oil
  • 12 ounces wide egg noodles
  • 1 cup yellow onion, peeled and diced
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup celery, sliced thin
  • 1 cup carrots, peeled and sliced thin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 bay leaves

Recipe:

Add cannabis-infused olive oil to stockpot and heat over medium-high. Add carrots, onion, celery, and sauté until vegetables soften (6 minutes). Add garlic and sauté for another minute. Add all other ingredients except egg noodles, chicken, and parsley, and bring to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes. Add egg noodles and boil for 10 minutes. Add chicken and parsley and boil 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaves, and serve hot.
