You've Always Felt Like Home

Tired

Its late at night, but in my head the lights still on

My body is shot, and I'm well aware I gave you the gun

Now there are grooves on my skin where your hands used to be

And my eyes are tired yet still it's only you I see.

Laughing, singing and being alone

The things I miss the most

You're the only one that's ever felt like home

You've always felt like home

Its early morning, but I'm left wondering when my sun will come up

You're angry and tired, but you're beautiful as you sip the coffee from your cup

Theres still grooves in my skin where you're hands should be

I'm still so tired, but it's always you I see
