Hey, beautiful people with breasts!

I know that we usually think of women when we talk about this type of cancer, but men can have it too!

Don't forget to check any of these symptoms and talk with your doctor about them. Don't panic, since they can happen in other conditions that are not cancer!

  • A lump or swelling in the breast
  • Redness or flaky skin in the breast
  • Irritation or dimpling of breast skin
  • Nipple discharge
  • Pulling in of the nipple or pain in the nipple area.

You can check all details in CDC page, here.

Today I am writing a poem as a tribute to all the warriors that have suffered from this battle.

Pink it out!

Life is hard, I know.

We can win it, though!

Even if I don't understand,

You can pick my hand!

πŸ€—

Days will come and go,

Dare to cry, to scream to the flow!

We are humans in the end,

We have fights that we don't comprehend.

πŸ€—πŸ€—

Pink it out! Set it free!

Our emotions are just like they're meant to be!

πŸ€—πŸ€—

Life is hard, I know.

Such a precious moment just to go!

We don't want to fight it anymore,

Can we just go through the door?

Feel the bad stuff all the way,

All I can do is stay!

πŸ€—πŸ€—

Pink it out! Set it free!

Our emotions are just like they are meant to be!

πŸ€—πŸ€—

Life is hard, I know.

The monster is dormant not too long ago,

Still, the knife has to come

And maybe we'll have more days to become

Fighters for life, but never forget,

The dormant monsters can awake.

πŸ€—

Pink it out! Set it free!

Our emotions are just like they are meant to be!

Together this might fall!

Don't forget that love conquers all!

For someone sick

I know that life seems different when all we do is trying to survive a disease that destroys body and soul. No matter what we do, our life can be almost over. Stay safe from your mind, it likes to play tricks and give you hard times despite your perseverance.

We do not truly die! No, I am not talking about what you are thinking about. It's something more practical:

Emotions are eternal, memories live within our loved one's minds. We made an impact for breathing, we were an inspiration to someone.

Don't ever forget that you have the power to live β€” we do never know when our time has come. Make every moment of your battle matter to you.

Butterflies have limited time, but they make our world a lot better β€” just like you do! Do you know about the butterfly effect?

A small change can make a great impact! Feel your wings, dare to be alive! Even when it hurts a lot, check your surroundings for the little things... Those that can transcend your emotions.

Life is precious, and so are you!

For someone present

Your close person is sick and there is nothing that you can do about it. Wrong! You're there! If they need anything, they can count on you, and they know it? You're doing enough.

But don't forget to let them breathe. Give them space to feel what's deep inside. The fight is theirs, they are the commander of the troops. Be the troop that is there, whatever is needed.

Don't ever forget that you did matter to their fight. Your love, support, and presence were so special β€” they still remain special.

Every moment counts! Each smile or tear that you shared is a gift from life. Enjoy the rollercoaster, and dare to become a part of others' memories.
