There is a balance whether we like it or not we win in the end.
Some days you want everyone to go away
Some days you want to curl up in a ball
Some days you want to scream, hide or attack
Some days you want to “feel” like other people do
Some days you want the lies in your mind to STOP
Some days you wake up, get out of bed, get dressed
Some days you may eat breakfast and not live on coffee alone
Some days you may go for a walk, breathe the air that feeds you
Some days you may run and run and run from the past
Some days you may stop, turn around and confront it
Some days you may wake with a heavy heart
Some days you may wake with a soft smile
Some days you may wake giggling for no reason
Some days you rule the world, some days you fight to just step in
You get the choice how you wish to experience
Remember there are some that no longer live
Yin and Yang this is the balance of the LIFE we exist in
