Strong and proud
Soaring in the sky.
Never invisible to the crowd.
Ignoring every lie.
Seeing all the light
In everything around
Illuminating the night.
Saving any who nearly drown.
Watching over us all.
Seeing all the good
Accepting the bad
And healing the sad.
By our side, he stood.
Fighting for the weak
Allowing all to speak
Flying with the wind
Waiting for us to ask for help.
Knowing the offer will never rescind.
Hearing every little sound
He will rush to the ground
To keep you safe.
He may not be in sight
But he is never far away.
Always ready for a fight
And willing to show us the way.
