When did i know you were the one

I hesitated because every minute i spend with you is that moment

It was never one day or one thing

As i think about us a myriad of memories swirl in my head

You know how in the movies when they say their life flashed before their eyes

As cliché as it sounds i never thought that was a thing before i met you

Until i caught myself gazing in your eyes and getting lost in the movie that is you and me

Until i found the most mundane things beautiful because you were doing them

Until everything in life could somehow relate to you

How nothing in life even compares to you
