As the day dawns
We are full of uncertainties
Nobody knows what the day will bring
We go out to battle with the day
Sometimes beaten down by it
Sometimes successful
We all want to make it
But can everybody?
Only if tomorrow can be predicted
But no matter what
We fight everyday to succeed
We hustle everyday
Inasmuch as what life throws at us
Sometime we seem defeated by the day
But we will always emerge the next day full of hope
Something keeps on pushing us to strive
No matter how our day were
We will always retire in the night
With a thankful heart for living that day
For the dead can't see the day but we can.
