A love wrapped in honor, bound by trust
An urge to be together till time turns to dust.
Oh, say our love song shall never end
Warm my heart in the cold passing wind.
As time passes and we both grow old
We will continue our love story untold.
Life’s harsh noises ring in my ears
Turned to sweet melodies whenever you are near.
You dance through my mind on angels’ wings
Then light my soul up with loving dreams.
This Romeo & Juliet love between us two
Passion and desire flowing within me and you.
We shall love and always endure
So, shall it be now and forever more.

Angel's Face in Which I See
Quick Note Before the Poem Scary; I wrote this poem 22 years ago! That means I was 18 when I wrote this. It was before my birthday that year. Anyway, here it is; my earlier work (pre-published days). You can tell that I hit my “teen angst” days around this time. Structure went out the window, but you can still tell I was longing for something and someone.
