Notes of a melody
Echo through the night air.
Weaving their way like a
Serpent on the prowl.
Parallel to the
Angels that try to
Protect those about to take the fall.
Evil strikes a different chord and
Revenge is what they seek.

This collection of lines was just brilliant! You know me and my hidden (not so hidden) philosopher brain is just devouring this! Ayyyy, D is back with her signature Acrostic for Poppy's Prompts! The angels trying to protect those about to take the fall reminded me of the Relliks. They may have failed and became dark angels but you excelled brilliantly in executing this! I loved it so much!
