Twisted on its side

A story of alliteration

Wintery weather winds-weeps are wild.

Winter wanders into the wastes.

Water wearily wakes when waves whistle.

Deep down dregs drowning in the darkness.

Dodgems driving are destroyed and desolate.

Dragging dirt drifting disowned docks.

Broken, Buried beaches bringing up bones,

barnacles and bodies in bruised boats.

Birds balancing on boardwalks breathing in brisk breezes.

Boarded bars, beaches barren, beer bottles banished.

Funfair fun forgotten forever. Failure forgoes final for the fair.

Forbidding funfair facades friends follow feeling frightened.

Freezing fish frightened and in fury.

Sand salted sandcastles slivering away in silence.

Salty sea dogs sail in solitary solitude.

Spooky surroundings surround the seaside of sanity.
