Together Again

One Day

I can just see her

The beauty last seen in

2017

So delicate and hurt

By people who were dirt

Treating her like she was dumb and senile

Instead of making her smile

She knew what they were after

That U.S. dollar

Contrary to what we are told

We are going to be together again one day

Not in heaven

Not in hell

But when

She picks out a man for me to marry

Here on earth

Lonely without her

My dear mother

Wherever my dear mother is tonight

Please tell her the kid said

I love you and I miss you

And that the Blessed Virgin Mary

Is going to intercede

That mother and daughter

Are brought together

Again
