There Comes a Point

A poem

There comes a point when writing your past.

Writing feelings down the moment they crash.

Things that bite you and leave you scarred for life.

You just write your feelings the way they’re brought to light.

There comes a point when writing your feelings.

You have found pain is worth time and healing.

So, you write what you feel and as known to be.

Sometimes writing will change your history.

There comes a point when writing about life.

That some people find they won’t really like.

But keep writing, no matter what they believe.

Writing helps cope with people’s problems they set on me.

There comes a point when you are writing.

People won’t understand what you are finding.

The pain from their words or lack thereof.

Don’t let them stop you from writing with love.
