Writing is my therapy,

It’s an expression,

An adventure of my mind,

A type of strength to voice my weakness

Walking;

I’m wondering why you haven’t found me,

You said you’d be there,

So won’t you help me?

Therapy,

I’ll turn pain into words on a page,

Words others can read that feel the same,

Letting them know things will change

Take me to therapy,

I’ll tell them exactly what’s written on these pages
