The veil over the heavens.

Covering from the storm.

By Jordan ZunigaPublished 3 years ago Updated 3 years ago 1 min read

The storm was a veil for the raging sky,

And the thunders cry was all but nigh,

The eagles arose with a great excite,

And lightning hit in the midst of night,

To despair, if you would walk by sight,

To wage that good and faithful fight!

The storm was a veil for the raging sky,

And the thunders cry was all but nigh,

The uncertainty of pressing on,

The battle lines had surely been drawn,

With a pillar to surely lean upon,

Hope in the rising of the sun at dawn,

The storm was a veil for the raging sky,

And the thunder cry was all but nigh!
