The T-Rex's Pizza Quest

A Dinosaur and His Pizza!

In Jungle Park, where trees stand tall,

And ancient creatures heed the call,

Of a T-Rex, fierce and grand,

Who ruled over this wild land.

In this dense and ancient forest green,

Lived the T-Rex, rarely seen.

One day he thought, with hungry glee,

"I'll order pizza, just for me!"

He found a smartphone on the ground,

A gadget lost but now was found.

With tiny arms, he gave a tap,

And opened up the pizza app.

He squinted hard at the bright screen,

And tapped a button in his sight unseen.

Instead of "Order," what a mess,

He posted selfies with T-Rex finesse.

Undeterred, he tried once more,

Hoping for that pizza score.

He typed his address, quite a feat,

But autocorrect had him beat.

Hungry Bark" it wrote instead,

"Not quite right," the T-Rex said.

He growled and tried to fix the text,

But ordered dog treats by perplex.

"Enough of this!" he roared with might,

And tried the voice command that night.

"Pizza please!" he loudly cried,

“Sorry, I didn’t catch that.” The app replied.

He stomped and roared in great despair,

This pizza order was quite unfair.

Then suddenly, his phone did ring,

A pizza place! His heart did sing.

But when he answered with a cheer,

The humans on the line did fear.

"It's just a T-Rex, what a prank!"

They hung up quick, his hopes now sank.

Defeated, T-Rex sat alone,

With hunger pangs and heavy moan.

Then from the sky, a drone did drop,

A pizza box right on his top.

He opened it with great delight,

And chomped down in the moonlit night.

Though ordering was quite a spree,

He finally got his victory.

He opened it with great delight,

And chomped down in the moonlit night.

But as he finished, feeling sly

He spied his handler passing by.

The Handler grinned, phone in hand,

Ordering pizza, oh so grand.

Two boxes he had ordered, one for each,

For Rexy and himself to eat.

So if you see a T-Rex try,

To order pizza, don’t question why.

Just know that even ancient kings,

Sometimes crave a slice of modern things.
