The little nut that's oh so great,
It's tasty, crunchy, and nutritious too,
A perfect snack for me and you.
In peanut butter sandwiches we trust,
A childhood favorite that's a must,
It's smooth and creamy, a perfect spread,
And goes so well with jelly, it's been said.
In stir-fry or Thai cuisine,
Peanut sauce is simply dreamy,
It's savory, sweet, and adds some crunch,
A perfect match for veggies and lunch.
For dessert, we have peanut butter cups,
A sweet and salty combination that's tough,
To resist, it's hard to eat just one,
But we love it so, it's always fun.
On Peanut Lovers Day, let's give thanks,
For this little nut that's always on our ranks,
For all the joy and flavor it brings,
We'll celebrate with peanuts, let's sing!
So grab some peanuts, let's enjoy,
