A day shown forever,

The sun rose high in the sky,
A golden light that touched the eye,
At every step, you took the lead,
Your spirit, like a ray of light, sped up.
Your smile, like a beacon of joy, shone,
A smile brightened the day divinely,
With every laugh, our hearts sang,
A melody that brought us all to the wings.
The world, it seemed, had stopped turning.
When we all saw you, oh so fierce,
Thy grace, seeing sight,
A beauty revealed by our souls.
