she came to an empty dance studio

put on her shoes

and practiced her steps to the music

over and over again

until she got the routine down

and now it was the day of the show

and she knew she was ready to go

with no fear

even if the crowd welcomed her

with loud cheers

the music started

and she danced

every step was perfect

and grand

she took a bow

and heard the loud applause of hands
