Busy, Busy Bumblebee much too busy to see me.

Always moving so swiftly past me, believing I will never leave.

But when you finally slow down to rest, you won’t find me among what’s left.

For while you were busy being a bee, I found I was a butterfly.

My wings much too big to stay strung by the pins of your love.

With every color that I could flutter I flew away to discover all the joy, the world had to offer.

So, while you toil shrub to shrub, never satisfied that you have enough.

Remember that you once had me, to give you everything you would ever need.

My busy, busy bumblebee, who was much too busy to grow with me.
