surreal poetry
Surrealist poetry embodies the essence of poetry itself, drawing upon shocking imagery and lyrical incongruities to comment on the inner-workings of the mind.
Changing Seasons
Cold winter nights, hot summer days in between the seasons I slowly begin to change. Never like the majority at all, trying my best daily to rise up and not fall. Stand up tall, and surrender to the rain, the way i am perceived I'm seen as happily deranged. Strange? Hey, it's a fact. Just like how I'm young, gifted and black.
