MIRROR

Staring in the mirror each and everyday

Looking at that certain character

Not knowing what to say

She looks you deep in the eye

and questions and wonders why you let her die

Why you blocked and locked her up inside

and let everyone else enjoy the ride

The character looking back at you

Telling you all your secrets and points of view

In hopes that her dreams she will soon pursue

Looking in the mirror trying to find who she is

and who she is meant to be

But holding back cause of what she thinks others see

Staring in the mirror, talking what you know

The character looks back and says

Its time to GROW

Time to move into what seems like foreign land

Really its a leap of faith, to follow Gods working hand

Staring in the mirror the character finally says

Do you still know who I am

That's when you reply, sure I see

YOU ARE ME!!!!!
