Love poems for hopeless romantics; I'm the poet and you're my muse.
The Weight of a Heartbeat
One day, I suddenly realized something: liking and loving are truly not the same thing. Liking is more about... suddenly wanting someone. You want to be with them constantly; you crave their response, their time, and their undivided attention. Liking is fast, exhilarating, and immediate—that impulsive feeling of your heart racing and your head spinning, where all reason is thrown aside the moment you get close. You feel that as long as you're happy now, you can worry about tomorrow later. You even know it might not last long, but you still want to take the gamble because the emotion is so overwhelming.

Beyond the Marriage Certificate
What people truly need isn't marriage, sex, or even necessarily a partner. What people need most is a positive, intimate relationship—one where you can communicate effectively, see each other clearly, understand each other, and nourish one another. This closeness isn't draining, conversation isn't a source of stress, and being together isn't about binding each other; it’s about becoming more and more like yourself.
