Elegy
Then And Now
I Recall The First Moment, when I whispered into the wind, Do you Really Love Me? Reverently, We Echoed Through The Difficult Times, And, Although I May Get Shocked 😲 By Actions And Outcomes, Somehow I Stand Beside The Melody Of Hope. Don't Hold Back, When You Could Be Making It Real... Let's Make The Most Of This Partiality Before This Is Over... I Remember Feeling, Tumaceous and Sublime, Underneath Your Rainbows and Snuggled Inside Your Thug Passion. I Have Memories Of My Leftover Memories Of Missing You Physically... Throughout Alterity, Admiration, Stands As, Our Universe - Every Night I Dreamed A Hearty Fling, I Kissed Your Lips And We Combined Like Milk And Ice Cream... I Lay Awake On A Saturday Night, Falling Into The Deepest Thoughts Of Our Future... Home Alone, Left With My Solitude, I Stand Facing My Reflection In The Bathroom Mirror, Thinking, What's Cometh?

How Could They All Be Gone?
After It's Gone Challenge: Write an elegy poem that mourns a person, place, time, or idea that has been lost.Okay, the photo above is a class in 1936. My class would have been in the 60s at that age. I do have a couple friends that are in there 90s now, that were alive in the 30s.
