Starling
Blackish in America, with iridescent wings
brought from Europe and
called the European Starling
But look at another with its beautiful
blue and orange wings shining in sunlight,
sparkling brightly before you,
stunning, brilliant colors,
feathers almost turquoise
An African bird named the Superb Starling
Superb indeed! Golden eyes, red breast
and white chest band
Superb in colors, and spectacular patterns,
He could almost be a blue American Robin.

Awesome story I like it congratulations 🎉🎉
Starlings are a scourage in Alaska eating the berries and displacing our beloved robins. They nest in the light poles all over anchorage and there’s no way to stop them. It’s not their fault that they are so successful. When will we humans learn not to mess with natures balance?
Dear Ac - We have Peacocks perched on our roof; we don't even hear them 'Barking' anymore. The males are very protective especially of our GrandDaughter ~ ChattyCharlie who names them all - go full-gorgeous bloom when threatened Lovely Bird-Story - I so enjoy our 'Gen' Reach-Backs with you. j.in.l.a.
