Through winter springs,
I see their bliss.
Shadow in the tide,
The blue eyes cry.
I see the rows,
Go three by three.
To fly away,
To the neverland beyond,
To see the sky above the oceans calm.
I stare far down,
Alone and afraid,
I see the road that has not been paved.
I shake the fear,
Which trembles my bones,
To walk the path that the rest have made.
To shake the fear,
Of so many lost,
I walk alone across the frozen pond.
How to call upon the broken fade,
How to feel beyond the cloudy haze.
I take the knife,
Throw it to the sand,
I watch the rocks consume the land.
Show me fear,
Show me dread,
Show me how she cleared my head.
