Seasonal Inspiration

It’s hard

to motivate yourself in this weather to work,

Sit by the window awhile

with a warm coffee mug,

That’ll give you

the inspiration you need,

The rains will provide

your soul the freedom it seeks.

Maybe also grab a book to read,

So your mind is also set free.

If not, just gaze at the view,

and let the beauty of nature

Awash you with wonder.
