I’m sad

It’s that simple

Happiness is an illusion

A mirage that taunts me

A common ghost that never haunts me

I’m sad

The reason unknown

I barely recognize myself

Eyes in a lifeless state

Body barely afloat in this world

I’m sad

There’s no one

The people around me

Shouldn’t they notice I’m sad?

There’s no one to talk to

I’m sad

I’ll repeat it

I am very sad

And no one cares about me
