One Day, He Will Die …
(101 years tormented his soul)
I just found out by accident
my Grandpa died the other day
In my ever damaged mind, I grieved
over 40 years ago.
***
When I was just a little girl,
he put a dagger in my soul;
cloaked the murder in a secret,
never to be told.
***
His obit paints a cherished life -
people praise his kindness,
his love for God and country;
his need for family.
***
No one bothered tell me,
still afraid to see my light;
they much prefer the darkness.
No one then will see me dance
***
upon his dirty grave.
