OH SUN

My soul was away from me,

Everyone said let it be,

But you oh sun brought back the heat,

And once more you made my heart beat.

For days and days we smiled together,

I thought, we would forever,

You always made me feel better,

And made me read your message letter by letter.

Oh, now I am going to miss you,

Cause I know you are so true,

My worries just flew,

Oh how I wish I knew.

This is life,

Things get so rife,

Sharper than the edge of a knife,

Its time for you to be someone’s, good wife.

Its time for me to bid farewell,

I pray that you live well,

You picked me up when I fell,

And when a tear fell,

You could hear me, when I didn’t tell,

Good bye, good bye.
