Oh, humble squares of colored hue,
Thy magic lies in what you do,
A mundane sight, yet wondrous art,
Post-it notes, you've won my heart.
In offices vast, you hold your ground,
A myriad of shades, I've found,
From neon pink to canary yellow,
You adorn our world, a vivid fellow.
A simple stick upon the page,
Yet you unleash a thoughtful sage,
A whisper soft, a gentle nudge,
You help us through life's daily drudge.
Like petals strewn upon a breeze,
You flutter 'midst the busy seas,
Reminding us of tasks and dreams,
A canvas bright, where hope redeems.
A jigsaw of our thoughts and schemes,
You bring together broken streams,
With just a strip, you reunite,
Ideas that once were out of sight.
In textbooks, you're a sight for sore,
Rescuing pages, evermore,
A refuge for the wandering mind,
No thought or quote shall stay behind.
You bear the weight of heartfelt prose,
As love notes 'neath a secret rose,
A tender "I love you" displayed,
On fridges bright, our hearts conveyed.
Oh, Post-it notes, thou wondrous sprite,
You're artistry in colors bright,
A muse for poets and for scholars,
Embracing all, from kings to wallowers.
Through you, we see the world anew,
A lens that magnifies the true,
The beauty of the everyday,
In vibrant hues, you proudly sway.
