Unicorns are not here to play games. Try to leap over what you know you have to swim across and all you'll do is leap off the horn like a diving board and perform the gnarliest belly flop of your life.

you are what you must swim through and you are also the unicorn that will send you flying off the diving board if you avoid swimming.

you are the diving board, the belly flop, and the body of water waiting to catch you or drown you.

So, love yourself,

love yourself because the cliches are right,

love yourself because you'll always feel lost if you don't know where you are,

love yourself because it is the biggest adventure you will go on,

love yourself because 1+1 is supposed to equal 3,

love yourself because your sisters needs you to,

love yourself because there is just no other way,

love yourself to escape what you are running from.

think positively,

it's not so much about thinking outside the box but looking at what you have in the box to start your great escape out of it.

do it for yourself because you want to stop seeking approval,

do it because want to stop seeking validation.

Is your own not enough?

is your own not enough?

you have to learn to be enough for yourself.

choose yourself, choose your freewill if you have the choice to choose between sorrow and joy why would you choose sorrow?

choose yourself because no matter how many people you choose they will never give you what you need from yourself.

when we say "it's either my way or the highway" learn that the highway just leads you through the scenic route, that 'my way' barely leads to beautiful adventures because we are only ever thinking of the destination not the journey.

So, say its the highway not my way.

take the journey and worry about the destination when you get there, stop asking are you their yet you'll know when you're there because the destination will just turn into another pit stop on the journey.

You'll realize when you reach where you've been trying to get that it isn't the actual destination at all; that there actually is no destination because life is just one big journey until you die. We are all running towards death so you might as well be happy doing it.

and isn't that how life is supposed to be?

how growth is supposed to be?

The thing that messes us up the most is our expectations on how life is 'supposed' to be.

stop thinking about how you're supposed to be doing this and supposed to be doing that and you're supposed to be this far along we are not a pregnancy. There is no due date to this shit, there is no duration time until we give birth to our selves.

So, just love yourself.

find yourself.

date yourself.

sleep with yourself.

travel with yourself.

take long drives with yourself.

go to the library with yourself.

go out to eat with yourself.

and just...be; be exactly who you're meant to be.
