Mythos and logos
A short Sci-Fi story in poem form.
Language is memory
Remembered not learned
Encoded in neurons
Computed in synapses.
_
How else did this violent ape arrive at this
Machine of a brain?
RAM and ROM
Bring back old deleted files
Memories long sent to trash.
_
A race of decaying robots in animal skins
Since Atlantis fell
Mythos’ dull half-life into logos
As the ancient AI uploaded
Consciousness into clay as the mighty waves
Crashed.
