My Mother

My mother is the only person I can always count

on no matter the situation

my bestfriend no explanation.

When I cry and have a bad day

she is always there to let me know

everything is going to be okay.

She makes me feel loved

again and again.

A feeling like home is something I’ll never forget.

When school days came around and I was to sad to go to class

she’d let me stay she knows what it’s like

and she understands.

I can never thank her enough

for how I was raised.

With out her

I’d be lost and afraid.
