A Trip To Hawaii
I finally made it here to the most beautiful beach on Hawaii. The sound of the waves, the sun beaming onto my skin, the music coming from the other side of the island, it was all so perfect. It was exactly how I imagined it. I knew exactly what I had to do, what we had planned to do initially. I pull out my intended schedule that had not just me, but three other people on the itinerary. It was supposed to be my mother, father, sister and I. I lost them to a fatal car accident a couple months ago, and I was going to cancel the trip. All I could think about is how excited they were, excited to swim with the dolphins, dance with the island people around the fire, and just embrace their culture, but they couldn't even be here to enjoy it. I know it sounds selfish, but they are the reason I came, I did this for them. I am going to live out each and every one of their dreams, do everything they wanted to do, live for them if you will.
