Mr. Grave Digger

A little too late

Mr. Grave Digger

Mr. Grave Digger lay my body in the grave to stay,

Mr. Grave Digger sing my restless soul a whiskey lullaby,

Mr. Grave Digger ask your god to let me come home,

So my soul doesn’t have to roam,

So I don’t have to haunt and taught the locals,

My time has gone,

Is it too late to sing a repenting song?

Since my life’s long gone.

Most of my life I’ve

listened to the devil’s song,

Hell, I’ve even sung along.

My heart was good,

Even though it was drawn to the dark,

I gave life my all
