recently things have not been going my way
it has been one too many bad days
i am putting all my sadness into the wrong place
now i am scared i have made a huge mistake
one… two… three i am counting sheep
another night of losing sleep
i am so stressed
and my heart is finding it impossible to rest
i feel so deeply broken
head to toe i am overflowing with emotion
i need to be fixed
i wish i could forget everything that had ever happened to me

that i wish i could dis remember this feeling inside

I want to grow and I’m going to grow. I’m not going to be this version of myself anymore and you won’t know who I become. You won’t talk to her, or be by her side as she goes through life— you won’t know her. Her heart won’t even remember the small moments that’ve clung to it for so long.
