Memories never die

Memoirs of brokenness

Beneath an endless sky, devoid of rain,

Where clouds converge, in a gentle strain,

In the stillness of night, no drops descend,

Yet tears fill her eyes, a pain that won’t mend.

In solitude she suffers, hidden from view,

Her inner anguish known to only a few,

Silent prayers she whispers, to the divine,

Seeking solace in a realm beyond our time.

She weeps, she cries, her tears cascade,

An echo of memories that won’t fade,

Love’s cycle repeats, again and again,

Leaving her heart in the same refrain.

But the past cannot bind, it must release,

To let new beginnings bring inner peace,

For love’s story unfolds, time and again,

And through every hardship, strength shall remain.

So wipe away the tears, let healing start,

Mend the fragments of her fragile heart,

Though broken, she’ll rise, resilient and strong,

Embracing love’s journey, forever lifelong.
