We have shouted, we have lifted up our voices

We have proclaimed with all our hearts

We have exclaimed our rights to this

We have come, altogether united for this

Yet the yoke is still heavy and burden is unbearable

When war is at home and no peace is to be found

When the battle rages in the midst of the night

and no soundness during the day of truth and honesty

When clarity is seen as a myth and brutality means death

How long must we wait for justice till the dew stop from above

Shall we be swallow in fear for life and forfeit our liberty

Shall we tell our children be hopeless and faint

How long must we fight without an answer

Accountability and administering justice are the keys of governance

Give us liberty because death will not be the answer any longer

The silence is ignorance and its arrogance bears pain

Screaming injustice and being persistent until a just answer is given

When justice will reign high as the listening hosts

When people are more than a race then shall our nation come together

When the violence is stopped shall we all be risen to love our neighbor as ourselves.
