Silence, finally. Now, let's meditate! Eyes closed. Posture straight.

Inhale, exhale, inha—oh sh*t, did I forget to lock the gate? Q u i e t, brain!

Let it go! I need this time to clear the slate.

Eyes Closed. Posture straight. Ommmmm...ommmmm... ohhhhh

no, I forgot to pay the bills! Now my mortgage payment's late!

Calm down! Ten more minutes; thoughts can wait! Om…love…I release…

Embrace the mome...ding! ding! ding! Time is up, hope you found peace.

About the Creator

Kristen Balyeat

Words fly to me on the wind, bump me as I'm strolling the city, splash me in the face while I rest by the river, and shake me awake in the middle of the night—I’m humbly one of the vessels they use to come to life.

Also, i love you:)
