The 5 Worst Real-Life Wedding Disasters
After spending three years working at an events venue, I feel as though I've seen just about all there is when it comes to things going wrong at weddings.
Shark Fin Soup
How long have I been laying here, paralysed and motionless on the ocean floor? Who knows. The pain subsided hours ago as salt water seeped into my wounds and swept the blood away. It was almost peaceful to watch it disperse through the water, like clouds drifting with the wind in the sky above. Now I'm just waiting. That's all I can do - wait to slip away.
A Dilapidated Construct
I compare myself to a good barn. You can have a good barn, and if you paint it, it looks a little better. But if you take the paint off, it’s still a good barn – Dolly Parton
Let Art Be Thy Therapy
Hippocrates once said: Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food. Wise words to live by, but unfortunately, eating a salad doesn't always cut it. Especially when life becomes a little too much to handle and you desperately need a break from... everything.

Eat, Prey, Love
Today we had to eat Chuck. I’m not bothered by it – he was kind of a rude guy anyway – but it is a bit of a concern. Eating members of your own tribe never sits well, regardless of how much they’re disliked. Unfortunately, when there’s a shortage of food, the menu has to be… extended.
[System Entry #011819 - Earth_Human_Survey_Day_1/5] Dear Interface, Today I saw them. Not just an image of them, but real, breathing humans. They’re disgusting. Their physical form is not morphologically dissimilar to that of an ape – another species which also inhabits this planet. The humans, however, seem to have a sense of superiority – and much less hair. Of course, this isn’t new information, but to see one of them up close was still astonishing nevertheless.
