LOVE'S WILDERNESS

Infringed heart, such infinite pain,

The lover that I hold,

Bergh me not.

Wings that once warmed me,

Loathe my presence,distaste my scent.

Unfulfilled dreams in lasting moments,

Chains that hold us down.

The burden of the heart,

Melting in my hands,

The darkness I bounce not.

Invisible scars and struggles,

Gifts I dare not deny

Life is full of ups and downs,

Yet this desolate heart,

Still loves flawlessly unrestrained.
