Listening to slow jams in other languages
I don’t speak their language
But they hear all that languishes in my heart
They cut through the pain
Like a dart
Not everything can be verbalized
But they cut through all the pain that lies
In my chest
To give my mind a rest

Ah, the memories of listening to tunes in my room, pacing back & forth filled with heartache.
